It's Asparagus Season

This is asparagus season, at last! And this vegetable is especially delicious now. In fact, I need to search my memory banks to recall the last time they were so crispy and flavorful. Try the classic full-on flavor of raw, slightly steamed with browned butter with a light squeezed of lemon or your personal favorite. Take them home and wash munch and treat your body to that wonderful vitamin C that our immune systems need to fight off those nasty viruses that are still hanging around.
